Normandy is clean and unspoiled.
The soil is enriched by ancient volcanoes, gentle rain, and spray from the sea.
For most of the year the cows graze in pastures on biodynamic farms (no pesticides).
These farms are small, with an average herd of 40 cows, each with its own name.
The milk is pure with no antibiotics or growth hormones such as rBST.
